Sharron offers non-judgemental and confidential psychological counselling and psychotherapy; and provides a safe space for individuals to work through their issues whilst drawing from a wide range of integrated treatment options which allows her to adapt her therapeutic approach to the needs and problems of the individual. These approaches include CBT, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Choice Theory and Systemic perspectives, as appropriate. Sharron uses her clinical expertise, evidence-based, practice guidelines, and client’s goals to determine the most suitable treatment approach.
