Pauline holds a BSc (Hons) Integrative Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, QQI Level 5 in Addiction Studies and an accredited member of the I.A.C.P.

At times in our lives we can feel overwhelmed when faced with life’s challenges such as relationship difficulties, unexpected pregnancy, trauma, coercive control/narcissistic abuse, anger, anxiety or depression. Pauline provides a non-judgmental, calm and safe space in which clients can explore; find relief and resolution of presenting issues through a person centred, integrative and body oriented approach.

She works with individuals to support them with their goals in relation to harm reduction and/or abstinence from addiction and those affected by a loved one’s substance abuse.

Pauline is skilled in Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention.

She has a specialist interest in bereavement and loss including abortion (a loss often not recognised); supporting both women and men who wish to explore and resolve a historic or recent abortion.
