Rachel is in her third year of a BA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at IICP College and is currently completing her placement at the Connolly Counselling Centre, working towards full accreditation. She holds a Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy Studies from University College Dublin and a BSc in Applied Social Studies and Social Care from the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown.

With over ten years of experience in social care and community services, Rachel has developed a deep understanding of client-centred support. Her work has included developing family-centred programs, managing individualised service plans, supervising staff, and providing emotional support and crisis intervention for young people in residential care.

Rachel is a warm, caring trainee therapist dedicated to creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for her clients. She tailors her integrative, person-centred approach to each individual, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to suit their unique needs. Passionate about supporting her clients, Rachel works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and stress, and supports those interested in personal development to strengthen their self-esteem and confidence. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring her clients feel respected, safe, and truly heard.
