Emma is an holistic/sports therapist and an active member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association. She studied anatomy, physiology and holistic massage at HCD (Holistic College Dublin), qualifying in 2018. She then continued her study in complementary medicine at Pearse College, Dublin, qualifying in 2020.
Blending western and eastern techniques such as deep tissue, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, etc., Emma provides full body therapies of holistic massage, sports massage, reflexology, stone therapy, Indian head massage and pregnancy massage.
Emma is also certified in the Japanese energy healing therapy, Reiki, when she qualified as an Usui Reiki practitioner, a Kundalini Reiki Master in 2018 and has been working with clients ever since.
Emma easily shifts between relaxing, post-event therapies, dealing with stress, environmental conditions, strain, recurring pain, postural problems, muscle tightness, and energy healing to invigorating therapies for pre-event and performance activities depending on her clients goals and needs. Emma also provides noninvasive treatments that compliment and won’t interfere with conventional treatment.
