Carly has experience working with a range of issues including; stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, cyber-pressures, OCD, bereavement, loss and trauma. She works from an integrative model of therapy; incorporating person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, ACT and Schema Therapy. She tailors her therapeutic approach depending on the presenting issues of each client. Carly works with adult clients in Living Life Counselling Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow and further, has experience working alongside adolescent students within the secondary education system.

Carly believes that no situation is without hope and believes in creating a space where people feel empowered to be their true and full self. She is available to see adult and adolescent clients from the Connolly Counselling Centre.

Carly has written two articles for the Centre’s Therapists Thoughts blog series and you can read her blog posts here and here.
