Laura’s goal is to help all clients reach their full potential, no matter how challenging their histories or current difficulties may be. With a background in Journalism and particular interest in human behaviour and neuroscience, she weaves the art and science of psychotherapy together to tailor-make treatment plans to reach maximum outcomes for each client.
Welcoming anyone feeling distressed or experiencing a block in their life, Laura offers a caring and supportive environment and her sessions are confidential and non-judgemental. She draws on her professional knowledge, personal experience, and integrative counselling theory and skills to help clients get a better understanding of their issues and how they might be resolved. She uses an integrative approach incorporating treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred, psychodynamic, solution-focussed and existential psychotherapy.
Working with various universities in Dublin, Laura has a particular interest in helping young people reach their full potential.
Laura is available for individual and online counselling sessions where appropriate.
