Sinéad Caffrey

Sinéad is a qualified acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. She is a registered member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland and holds certificates in clinical medicine, clinical nutrition, and has a BSc in computer science.
Sinéad’s interest in eastern approaches to health and fitness began in 2010 when she started learning qigong. Qigong is a slow moving meditation, which she practises daily. The daily practice of qigong has strengthened Sinéad as a person and an acupuncturist. Using Acupuncture, Sinéad helps promote health and wellbeing to individuals from all different backgrounds and supports them on their journey of self-healing.
