Nutritional Coaching
Our in-person and online nutrition programmes will support you with practical insights and skills to create a sustainable & personalised nutrition plan to suit your lifestyle.
We understand that everyone needs an individual approach and will work with you to create a lifelong habit – whether your goal is to improve your health, manage your weight, relieve your digestive issues, fuel your sports performance, or any other wellness issues.
We offer three programmes depending on your level of base knowledge and how much support you feel you need to achieve your health goals.
Kickstarter Nutrition Plan
Here we will assess and audit your present diet and give you a number of recommendations of change to achieve your health or performance goals.
The programme will take a month, with at least two in-person and two remote meetings to assess progress.
12 Week Nutrition Programme
This is where we give you extra support by setting weekly actionable goals to achieve your health or performance goals.
The programme includes weekly in-person or remote check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable with high-quality coaching.
ProCoach Online Nutrition Coaching
ProCoach is an online, 12-month habit-based nutrition coaching programme, complete with daily lessons, practices/habits, check-ins, and more.
These will help you revamp your eating habits and reach your weight loss goals.
You will also be personally coached through them all by our resident nutritional coach and sport scientist, Ed Niland.
