Siobhan Bastible

Siobhán is a fully qualified and pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish
Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She graduated from Trinity
College Dublin with a BA (Hons) in English and History. After working for more than 20 years of experience in broadcast media and journalism, Siobhán completed a Clinical Masters in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy at the Tivoli Institute, during which she worked for two years as a therapist in the Living Life Counselling centre in Bray.

Siobhán brings a wealth of experience, both lived and from the workplace, at corporate and personal levels. She is a warm, nuanced and compassionate psychotherapist, with a particular interest in anxiety, family relationships, and career and other major life transitions.

Siobhán adopts an integrative and humanistic approach to psychotherapy, however
she favours a flexible approach – the main priority always being the collaborative
relationship between client and therapist.

For Siobhán the priority is to empower and support her clients to navigate their challenges as they move through life, and to develop the tools to fulfil their personal potential. This may take practical form in the discussion and development, in the non-judgemental safety of the therapy room, of strategies they might subsequently adopt in the wider world.

Siobhán is deeply committed to supporting her clients on their journey to fulfilment, confidence and empowerment.
