Ailbhe O’Reilly

Ailbhe is a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She has completed a BSc in Applied Psychology at the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology (IADT), an MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing at Dublin City University (DCU), and a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at IICP College.

Ailbhe is a warm and compassionate therapist who strives to create a safe,
supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing and exploring their challenges. She takes the time to understand each person’s situation within the wider context of their life, considering their experiences, relationships, and environment, to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the difficulties they may be currently facing. Ailbhe uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy which means she works collaboratively with her clients, tailoring her approach to suit their individual needs and goals. She believes in empowering clients to overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
