Tim Graham

Tim is going into his third year of the Bsc in Counselling and Psychotherapy in PCI college. He holds a BA in World religions and Theology from Trinity College Dublin. Here he developed an interest in different cultures and faiths particularly minority religions in Ireland. During his time studying he developed a passion for eastern spirituality which led to a meditation practice. He has completed a personal development course with the Gestalt institute of Ireland as well as a 10 day vipassana meditation course. It was through these pursuits he learned the importance of perspective and acceptance which is at the core of his therapeutic approach.
Tim adopts an integrative and humanistic approach which aims to meet the client where they are, providing them with a safe and non judgmental space to express themselves honestly. He wishes to help his clients through their journey with an approach based in mindfulness, the present moment and always prioritising the client/therapist relationship.
