Maeve Keegan

Maeve is a counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), working in accordance with their code of ethics.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to each client. She offers a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s bringing you to therapy, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. She works in an inclusive, supportive way, integrating mind–body awareness with practical, evidence-informed approaches to help build resilience, clarity, and emotional balance.
She works from a pluralistic, person-centred perspective, meaning therapy is shaped around your individual needs, goals, and preferences. At the core of her work are empathy, collaboration and genuine human connection, alongside practical strategies to support you in managing stress, low mood, navigating relationships, and feeling more grounded in everyday life.
Alongside her professional experience, she is a busy mother that values exercise and being in nature as important ways of maintaining mental wellbeing. Where appropriate, she draws on practical lifestyle-based strategies to support clients in caring for their mental health outside the therapy room. With a precious career spanning over two decades in the corporate marketing world, she really understands workplace stress and the management of ongoing workplace challenges.
