Tanaë Salvetti

Tanaë is a qualified psychotherapist and a pre-accredited member of the IACP, actively working toward full accreditation. She is also a graduate member of PSI.
Born in France and raised in a French-American background, Tanaë has been living in Ireland since 2015. Her multicultural experience informs her practice, and she offers support in both English and French. She is committed to creating a comfortable, inclusive space where clients from diverse backgrounds can feel heard and understood.
Her approach is collaborative, person-centred and integrates various tools to adapt to her clients needs. Her systemic perspective recognises that individual challenges often arise within specific contexts and are shaped by relationships, environments, and interactions. By addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying dynamics, she helps clients foster resilience, gain deeper self-understanding, and create meaningful change in their personal and relational systems. Psycho-education is an integral part of her work, empowering clients with knowledge and strategies to nnavigate their experiences with confidence and clarity.
Her academic background reflects her dedication to the field:
• MSc in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy (IICP College, Dublin)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Brief Systemic Strategic Therapy (University Paris 8, France)
• BSc in Psychology (CBT Speciality) (Université Paris-Nanterre, France)
• BSc in Health Sciences (University College Dublin), which included four years studying Midwifery and one year in Psychology.
Additionally, she has completed training in Sophrology in France, a body-mind approach combining relaxation, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gentle movements to promote mental and physical well-being.
Tanaë supports clients with a wide range of issues, including:
• Emotional Well-Being : anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, etc…
• Life Transitions : difficulties linked to parenthood, cultural transitions, etc…
• Personal Growth : self-exploration, high-sensitivity, attachment styles, etc…
