John Broderick is a Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years experience in counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, training, research and leadership development. He is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland since 1997, a founder member of the Division of Counselling Psychology and a member of the International Society of the Rorschach.
John has worked for several years in third level counselling with 18-25 year olds as well as in private practice. He is also a Founding Director of RocheMartin Ltd, a leadership and management development company that focuses on building emotional capital in the workplace through the application of emotional intelligence skills and competencies.
John is a recognised trainer in several psychometric instruments, including the Emotonal Capital Inventory, the Bar-On EQ-i, the NEO personality Inventory, the MMPI-2 and other tools. For several years John has spearheaded the training and certification of Irish psychologists, executive coaches, HR consultants and counsellors in emotional Intelligence, leadership and professional coaching.
John lives in Dundrum with his wife Maria and five children.
